“Fight for the things that you care about but do it in a way that will lead others to join you.”
Ruth Bader Ginsburg
As March 8th March is International Women’s Day, it’s an amazing opportunity to connect with events in your community, within your company and in your network to unlock even more potential for 2026 by being surrounded by all the women who have moved beyond ‘empowering’ and ‘celebrating’ women but who are about hiring, promoting, paying, investing, electing, leading and giving women equality. This is not about support or encouraging rhetoric but about actions: our actions will change how others feel, how they think and how they act.
Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s words feel especially relevant at this moment in time. Fighting for the things that matter is crucial, but it’s the way we fight – through collaboration, evidence-based inclusivity, challenging assumptions and empathy – that attracts others to join our cause and encourages us to have the ambition to be part of triggering change.
