March 8th is International Women’s Day. Whatever your thoughts or beliefs about this ‘day’, why not take the opportunity to connect with events in your community, your company and your network to unlock even more of your potential in 2025.

Surround yourself with the amazing women who have moved beyond ‘empowering’ and ‘celebrating’ women and are also the people who are hiring, promoting, paying, investing, electing, leading and giving women equality. This is not about support or encouraging rhetoric but about actions: our actions will change how others feel, how they think and how they act.

In the context of supporting women to be heard, especially in business, collaboration is vital for all of us. By partnering with colleagues, we can share insights, challenge each other’s assumptions, develop mentors, form allies, become sponsors and create a supportive network that strengthens our own voices and those of women everywhere.
