EMCC Global Conference was hugely informative and reassuring, First face to face meeting since the pandemic, where Human Capital Development was our leading theme. So inspired by the discussions around team development in in the face of adversity, rapid change and business disruptions.  For me the key takeaway was trust: building trust, enhancing trust and developing trust within teams and organizations.
